Two cocktails on a table top

About

The Bar at No.15 Great Pulteney embodies easy-going elegance, with a range of exotic cocktails, including favourite the 'Somerset Old-Fashioned,' featuring cider brandy and demerara-sugar syrup made in neighbouring Bristol.

The Bar's sample menu is complimented by exquisite small plates, and 'never-tried-that-before' food. Focusing on seasonal dishes and sourcing the best local and responsibly produced food with each plate designed to let the quality of the ingredients shine.

Like the rest of the hotel, The Bar is a light and airy space and  a wonderfully unique, pastel-coloured treasure trove. With glass tables that display vintage jewellery and an accent wall behind the bar is lined in scalloped, leather scales, fashioned to look like exotic fish. You’ll find the Georgian era to the present day adorning the walls, sculptural light installations and plenty of gorgeous details to pique your curiosity.

The Bar will be available from noon until dusk falls (between 12:30pm until 9pm). And for those waking with No.15 GuestHouse, take a leisurely stroll down the staircase for a breakfast of British-produce that will ready you for the day ahead.

There are also gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available – advising of any dietary requirements in advance and booking is recommended.

Opening Times

Open (1 Jan 2024 - 31 Dec 2024)
