All rooms recently refurbished. High quality rooms, mainly en-suite, make this four star guest house the ideal place to stay for the discerning independent traveller. We are located within easy walking distance from the bus, train stations and the centre of town.
We offer in house holistic treatments, such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Sport/Remedial Massage, Reflexology and face massage. These normally need to be booked in advance. Some on street permit parking available and plenty of free on streets parking nearby. Our free wireless broadband internet service means you can catch up on your emailing (from your own wi-fi equipped laptop or pda).
Please note our premises are STRICTLY FOR NON SMOKERS. Well-behaved children over the age of 12 are accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult.
It might be possible to provide a guest bed in some of the rooms only at £50 per night. Please enquire before booking.
Normal check in is between 3 pm and 9 pm (the latest) and Sundays 5 pm to 9 pm (the latest) and check out is 10 am the latest except by prior arrangement. We do not have a permanently manned reception. We will contact you to arrange a suitable checking in time.
Please enquire about discount on a stay of at least three nights from Sunday to Thursday.

Road Directions
From M4 junction 18 take A46 towards Bath then follow signs A4 to Bath then A36 towards Bristol. After passing under railway viaduct, look for Renault garage on right (approx 1/4 mile). Turn left opposite Renault garge. Roban House is 100m up on right hand side.
Public Transport Directions
From Bath Spa
Bus station immediately in front of the railway station - take No 12 or 12A bus to Lower Oldfield Park. Roban House is 30m from the bus stop.
