Type: Guest House
The Bailbrook Lodge is a Georgian grade II listed country house built in 1811 which has been sympathetically restored, retaining the original features. Since being acquired by the present owners in 2004 all rooms have been redecorated and refurbished.
It is excellently situated 1½ miles from the city centre – 7 minutes drive. It is a delightful, peaceful and relaxed location with lovely lawns and gardens. There are 14 bedrooms (5 with four posters) – all with en-suite bathrooms or showers, satellite TV, complimentary coffee and tea making facilities, biscuits and mineral water. Complimentary cotton slippers are provided in all bedrooms plus the use of bathrobes for guests in the four poster bedrooms.
Dinner can be reserved at our Grill Restaurant at The Royal Hotel in the centre of Bath. The Royal is also ideal for a light lunch, bar meal or a relaxing drink. Please see our website (www.royalhotelbath.co.uk) for menu details. Alternatively we can recommend other restaurants close by.
The Guest House is totally non-smoking.
There is a small meeting room (8 persons). Guests have free access to the internet.
FREE car parking on site.
