The accommodation is light and modern with a twin bedroom with flatscreen freeview tv/dvd, bathroom and open plan sitting room with freeview TV and kitchenette. Ideal for couples or for families, up to four people (with the use of futons in the sitting room) can stay comfortably.
The Garden House is in a quiet prime residential area very close to the canal and the National Trust fields with Skyline Walk.

Road Directions
From M4 take junction 18, then A46 signposted to Bath. Come off the dual carriageway on to the A4 to Bath. At traffic lights turn left on to the A36 over the River Avon with the fire station on your left. At the next traffic lights turn right following signs for the University and American Museum. At the next roundabout turn left up Bathwick Hill and Adelaide Place is the second road on the right at the beginning of Darlington Place.
Public Transport Directions
The main bus routes nos 18 and 418 between the city centre and University on Bathwick Hill are 1 minute walk away. Bath Spa station is a 10 minute walk along the canal.
