University of Bath

If you are looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable the best place to try first is the University of Bath. We are set in 200 acres of land at Claverton Down surrounded by trees and greenery overlooking the beautiful city of Bath, just over 1 mile from the City centre. A regular bus service to the University departs at 10 minute intervals from the City centre as well as from Bath bus station.

The University of Bath offers a variety of accommodation to suit all needs, with a variety of room types to suit all budgets. No minimum stay required. Guests can choose from several standards of rooms ranging from basic no frills accommodation with shared facilities to premium single, double and twin en-suite rooms with bath and shower, toilet and washbasin.

Premium rooms have tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen areas as well as televisions. Linen and towels are provided in all of our accommodation and all en-suite rooms are serviced daily. All other rooms are serviced once during your stay (if staying for more than three days) and all communal areas are cleaned daily (Monday to Friday). We have 56 premium en-suite rooms available year round and over 2000 rooms available during the summer vacation time.

The university operates a pay and display parking system; however a discounted parking permit is available for £5.50, which is valid for 7 days. These can be purchased on arrival when you collect your key. One night stays welcome.
