Type: Bed & Breakfast
Waterhouse is a beautiful Georgian House constructed in the late 18th century, set in 3 acres of park land with lawns sloping down to its own stretch of river, nestling in the stunning countryside of the Midford & Limpley Stoke Valleys with picturesque panoramic views. The house has been sympathetically yet contemporarily restored to retain many of its original features such as cornicing, fireplaces, wooden shutters at the windows and oak staircase. In addition to this there is a three storey extension which has been converted to house 8 contemporary boutique style bedrooms and 4 suites. Our aim is to create an environment where you can relax, reflect and restore, all care and attention is paid to ensure our guests enjoy their stay and leave feeling refreshed. For anything from a midweek sight-seeing break to exclusive weekend hire.
Do you have a special celebration coming up? Waterhouse is a great setting for your party, whether it’s a full dinner or a buffet we can cater to all your needs to make it a truly special event.
Meeting Rooms. Whether you are looking to hold a small meeting, larger training day or conference, we have three light airy rooms to offer, all with good natural light, views of the beautiful countryside and easy access to conservatory, patio, gardens and river.
