Beyond Bath > Planning your visit > Beech Wood
You have found the perfect setting for your visit to Bath. Beech Wood is a rural sanctuary just minutes from the city centre, the university, museums, art galleries and some of the finest restaurants in the South West.
A farmhouse kitchen, stripped floorboards, a friendly, easy-going atmosphere and four mischievous cats make Beech Wood a top quality home-from-home.
The house is surrounded by a typical English country garden and the large pond and decking area make an ideal setting for a relaxed chat or quiet read. Children are always welcome to play in our garden, feed the pond fish, or take a turn on the swing.
Our en-suite bedrooms are beautifully presented with garden views from every window - each has its own colour TV & DVD, alarm radio, hairdryer, hospitality tray, toiletries, books and magazines. A family/twin room is available, please contact the owners for further information.
Our freshly cooked breakfasts are served in style - the eggs we use are from hens just across the road and our homemade jams and local honey are a speciality.
Your Beech Wood experience includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine which always helps breakfast go with a swing - lively conversation is included at no extra charge!
