Type: Restaurant
Family run bistro, attracting a loyal local clientele since 1972.
We are perhaps the best-known bistro in Bath, maintaining old habitués but also attracting new admirers every year.
Our approach is simple - use the freshest market fare, throw in a little French inspiration and serve a great selection of freshly prepared classic bistro dishes with frequently changed specials to ensure our guests get the most from every visit. We are so lucky to receive our produce daily, directly from the farms, the fishermen and greengrocers. Jean Pierre is passionate about his well researched wine list.
Upstairs plays host to two private dining rooms– perfect for group gatherings or special occasions.
A truly delightful alfresco dining area out back makes for a thoroughly charming urban oasis.
Voted one of Britains top Bars by the Independant Newspaper:
"The 50 Best Bars From classic cocktail lounges and late-night hideaways, Enjoli Liston finds the top places to relax. Owners Jean Pierre and Carey take personal pride in ensuring that this cosy wine bar and bistro has an authentic French feel that certainly keeps its streams of customers happy. The wine list, in particular, keeps them so happy that Beaujolais boasts its own wine shop so that drinkers can buy their favourite tipples right there on the spot. Cute, quaint and enchantingly rustic."
