Hare and Hounds

About

The Hare & Hounds is a beautiful destination venue, high on Lansdown Hill. It has stunning views overlooking the Charlcombe Valley

It's only a mile from town but feels like a world away in blissfully peaceful countryside. Its location is perfect for visitors heading to or from the M4 to the north of Bath.

Open everyday for breakfast, even before lunch is served there's a busy atmosphere with locals and visitors meeting for coffee and pastries. All food is home cooked, seasonal fare that ticks the box whether you;re after a simple bite or three course dinner.

On Summer days customers can enjoy stunning views and great food & drink from the sun terraces, outside bar and decking on the lower garden.

Open every day from 8am, serving breakfast until 11am. Lunch is available 12 until 4pm, and dinner from 5pm.

Accessibility

Although the pub does have wheelchair access into the building, there are no wheelchair accessible toilets. There are three steps which lead down to the toilets (which the staff would be happy to assist with).
