Since February 2009, The Priory Restaurant has been under the direction of Executive Head Chef Michael Caines MBE. Michael, who has been Executive Head Chef at The Bath Priory’s sister hotel, Gidleigh Park since 1994, is one of the UK’s highest profile chef’s and is renowned for creating innovative European dishes which have received critical acclaim.
To ensure absolute freshness, wherever possible produce is taken directly from the Organic Kitchen Garden or is sourced in the South West. The light and airy Priory Restaurant overlooks the four-acres of award-winning landscape gardens.

Road Directions
From M4 junction 18 take A46 then A4 towards Bath.
Enter city on A4 and follow signs marked to Bristol. Turn right into Park Lane which runs past Royal Victoria Park. Turn left into Weston Road. Hotel is on left hand side after approximately 200 yards.
Public Transport Directions
From Bath Spa Train Station - 1.5 miles. Taxi is the best option (10 minutes) or walking (25 minutes).
Bristol International Airport – 20 miles. Taxi or private car can be organised.
