Bath English Language School

Bath English Language School was founded by Piers and Barbara Gascoigne in
1972 to provide first class, effective, enjoyable and affordable language courses.

We are a small, friendly, independent school with a successful track record of
over 40 years.

We offer courses at pre-intermediate to advanced and proficiency levels for
university students, graduates and teachers as well as adults and senior
secondary-school students who want to improve and perfect their English for
general, academic and professional purposes.

The atmosphere in our school is informal but studious. The staff are wellqualified,
friendly and caring.

Students can participate in our social and cultural programme of excursions.

The school building is part of Britain's most iconic neo-classical architectural
ensembles. It overlooks the Royal Crescent in the UNESCO World-Heritage
City of Bath
