Monthly Restorative Yin and Guided Meditation
3.30pm – 5.00pm YMCA Bath
On the first Sunday of each month our Yogi in residence, leads a beautiful reset class with Yin Yoga and Guided meditation at the YMCA at 3pm for an hour and a half.
Please note the classes start promptly at 3.30pm and the last admission will be at 3.25pm. Also available as an online option.
Places are limited so be sure to book. Free to YMCA Bath members, £10 to non members and online.
You may prefer to bring your own mat, blanket and cushion / pillow.

108 Sun Salutations
Every Summer and Winter Solstice we celebrate this special time with 108 Sun Salutations.
Our 108 sun salutations take place as close to the solstice as possible. In the winter they are by candlelight – and we approach them as a wonderful moving meditation rather than a physical challenge – so it is open to all, to do as much or as little as feels right for you.

Yoga mini retreats
We are in the process of planning some beautiful workshops and retreats – but for now here is one date for your diary:
Sunday 1st December Festive Rest 3pm – 5pm @ our main site in Bath.
A beautiful mini retreat of gentle yoga and guided meditation followed by Christmas drinks and nibbles. Expect a specially decorated studio, candle light and fairy lights, poetry and readings, a specially curated playlist, a Christmas gift to take away and more… This event is to raise money for our charitable work to help make Christmas a little more special for the young people we work with through our supported accommodation, youth work and nurseries. Ticket price: £30 – available July 2024.
This event always sells out so be sure to bag your ticket early and get the date in your diary.
