There is a wide choice of activities available in Bath and the surrounding area for groups to enjoy. Groups can enjoy a relaxing boat trip or spa visit alternatively if your group want an active activity there are many activities to choose from.

Enjoy the picturesque scenery of the Kennet and Avon Canal whilst sampling Champagne and canapés or a cream tea aboard the Lady Lena, a beautifully restored electric boat from 1890. Alternatively, take the helm yourself at the Victorian Bath Boating Station, hiring traditional rowing boats and punts by the hour - lessons are available too. Bath Narrowboats also offers self-drive boats for up to 10 people, ideal for a fun day out with family, friends or work colleagues.

Nourished by Britain's only natural hot springs, Bath is a city shaped by its waters. Today you can visit the magnificent Roman Baths temple or bathe in Bath's warm, mineral-rich waters at Thermae Bath Spa. There is also a superb choice of day spas and luxurious spa hotels in Bath and the surrounding area.

Get Active

With stunning countryside surrounding Bath provides lots of sporting opportunities from cycling and walking along the canal or book a round of golf at one of Bath’s many courses.  If you prefer to be a spectator enjoy a local game at Bath Rugby or Bath City Football Club.
