The Royal Crescent Hotel

The Royal Crescent Hotel

Type: Hotel

It is difficult to imagine a more romantic setting for a supremely elegant hotel than that of The Royal Crescent, occupying the two central Grade I listed buildings of what is reputed to be “the world’s finest crescent” and in one of the world’s most enchanting cities. Beyond the hotel’s discreet façade and graceful main building is a beautiful and completely secluded garden leading to the converted coach houses. These historical buildings are now home to individual bedrooms and suites, the gourmet Dower House restaurant and bar and the exclusive Bath House spa, which offers an extensive range of both traditional and progressive holistic therapies, including the “Romance Retreat” – a full-day of indulgent treatments for couples.

In keeping with its grand surroundings The Royal Crescent Hotel focuses on providing the ultimate pampering and care for its visitors; from a la carte dinners served on the balcony of your private suite, to hot air balloon rides over the city and champagne cruises in the hotel’s private restored Thames River launch, The Lady Sophina, along the Kennet and Avon waterway.
