The Queensbury Hotel is a boutique town house hotel tucked away in a quiet residential street just off the Circus. Built in 1771 for the Marquis of Queensberry by John Wood, the hotel has been renovated to reflect a contemporary feel that sits well in these stylish Georgian buildings. Although the hotel is just up the road from the Assembly Rooms and within easy walking distance of fashionable Milsom Street and the Roman Baths, it is a peaceful haven where guests are treated as individuals. The stylish drawing rooms are welcoming and the charming terraced gardens among the best kept secrets in the city. The hotel’s restaurant, the Olive Tree, has a strong reputation in its own right and serves modern British cuisine in a stylish setting.

Road Directions

From M4 junction 18 take A46 towards Bath. Take the Bath exit off the A46 bypass, head towards city centre on the A4, go straight on through 2nd set of lights. Road forks at mini -roundabout, take right-hand fork to Bristol. Next set of lights turn right up Landsdown Road, take 2nd left on to Bennett Street and then 1st right on to Russell Street. Hotel is on the left.
