Demuths Restaurant Celebrates 20 Successful Years
10th October 2007
2007 has turned out to be an exciting year for Demuths vegetarian speciality restaurant, which celebrates 20 years of business in November 2007.
To celebrate, Demuth's is enlivening the month of November with a very special priced retro menu featuring the firm favourites from the past, such as Banoffee Pie, and would love to hear from any customers who remember the early days, with any of their favourite dishes and stories that could be recreated.
Demuth's is also recommended in the Which? Good Food Guide 2008 for the first time:
'international inspiration for veggie dishes'
'the menu, plunders the Middle East and Asia for its inspiration, producing vibrant, colourful dishes that are naturally vegetarian - and in many cases vegan. hence you may find Marrakesh tagine with saffron herb cous cous, charred brinjal with tomato and mango chutney or a beautifully composed mezze plate of labneh balls, ful Mesdames, quinoa csaald and marinated olives. puddings are equally inventive and include showstopping dark chocolate fudge cake that, remarkably, turns out to be vegan.'
