Campaign Opportunities

The Marketing team at Visit Bath deliver regular campaign activity throughout the year, targetting key consumer groups with the aim of increasing overnight stays and spend in the area. All campaigns are the product of comprehensive planning and strategic promotion, allowing us to get the most out of our platforms.

Since April 2018, Visit Bath have delivered the below campaigns:

 

Unexpected Bath

Targetting millenials, this campaign was a first for Visit Bath as we specifically aimed our work at a younger audience. Aligning our actvitiy with that of Visit Britain, we showcased the modern, quirky and alternative side of the city, to convey the message that there is far more than ancient history on offer. 

Think You Know Bath

This light-hearted film challenges more traditional perceptions of the city by combining well-known landmarks with local faces taking part in some of the different activities Bath has to offer. This was designed to create highly-shareable, engaging online content, allowing us to reach a wider audience than ever before. 

Remarkable Bath

By combining Bath's stunning museums and historic attractions with the charming modernity of Finn Dean's illlustrations, Remarkable Bath targetted travellers with a clear call-to-action to book a stay in our unique city.

Feast in Bath

Supporting our diverse drinking and dining sector, this campaign was an opportunity to enhance this section of the website with an interactive map of food and drink providers across the city, as well as promoting £10 Feast dining deals.

Bath at Christmas

With Bath Christmas Market at its heart, this campaign aims to highlight all that the city has to offer throughout the festive period, prompting overnight stays and greater dispersal. 

Feel-Good Bath

Starting the New Year with a wellness and wellbeing message, we will be positioning Bath as the UK's eminent feel-good city. 

Love Bath

Bath is a city for celebration, special occasions and romance. This campaign will be showcasing the many reasons to fall in love with Bath's varied offering.
