As well as the shops and permanent markets, Bath also holds a number of shopping festivals and events throughout the year. These include regular markets each week and the very special, annual Bath Christmas Market.

With over 120 chalets situated in picturesque surroundings it's the perfect opportunity to view Bath's unique tourist attractions whilst purchasing top quality products and gifts for your friends, loved ones and more importantly yourself! 


Bath in Fashion

Bath in FashionThis exciting event in March is a must for any fashionistas and shopoholics. As well as catwalk shows, talks from leading names in the fashion industry and exhibitions, take advantage of many special offers and in-store events across the city.


The Fine Cheese Company FestivalCheese Festival

If you're a lover of fine cheese, then this event in October is not to be missed. Enjoy delicious tasters of many local cheese varieties and talks by some of Britain’s finest artisan cheese makers.

Milsom Place Chocolate Festival

Visit Milsom Place in December to experience a tasty chocolate haven that continues to entice chocoholics with it's luxury treats, samples and unique edible gifts. There will be an array of chocolate connoisseurs at the event offering delicious samples and selling treats for all.

Bath Vintage & Antiques Market 

This regular market runs on the last Sunday of every month at Bath V&A MarketGreen Park Station. If you've an eye for antiques or enjoy hunting for a vintage bargain, make sure you pop by. The market sells a wide range of products - furniture, jewellery, vintage fashion, ceramics, books, crafts and art to name just a few.


Bath Markets 

Farmers' MarketGreen Park Station plays host to daily markets offering high quality foods plus garden, home and arts and crafts products. There's also the Bath Farmers' Market which takes place every Saturday.

More farmers' markets are held in Keynsham and Midsomer Norton and offer visitors the chance to purchase the best local produce. The atmosphere of these markets is friendly and you'll get to chat to local farmers who are more than happy to offer advice on how best to cook and store your goods.

Walcot Flea Market in the Artisan Quarter operates every Saturday and sells bric-a-brac and antique items.
