Learn about the history of etiquette, first impressions (dress to impress!), dress code, how to socialise, small talk, table etiquette, customer contacts, mobiles and emails, cars and invitations. Classes are from 10am - 4:30pm. A one day seminar to include an exclusive lunch, coffee breaks and a champagne reception is £275. In a superb location in Bath – on Saturdays throughout the year.
