Bailbrook House Awarded Rosette for Restaurant
Bailbrook House, Bath, has been awarded 1 Rosette for the food in their outstanding restaurant.
Head Chef, Ciaran Molloy, combines fresh West Country produce with world ingredients for mouth-watering cuisine. Light meals are available in the hotel's bars, and in summer months the terrace is the perfect setting for informal barbecues and live cooking. However, real foodies will love the award winning restaurant where they can enjoy dishes such as 'Tian of Crab', 'Grilled Fillet Mignon' and 'Braised Salmon'.
The restaurant inspector commented ' All dishes were carefully prepared and presented. Dinner was memorable particularly for fresh vibrancy and seasonality'
