Our beautiful hotel is set on the banks of the tranquil River Avon, just 5 minutes from the historic City of Bath with its many attractions. We are delighted to have been awarded the English Tourism Council’s “Silver Award for Quality”. All bedrooms and the restaurant are non smoking.
All of our 27 bedrooms have been individually designed and recently re-decorated; each has en suite bathroom and/or shower facilities, colour TV with digital channels, direct dial telephones, modem points, hair dryer and trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary biscuits and mineral water. Most or our rooms in the main hotel overlook the river and gardens, with two having four poster beds.
The stunning glass surrounded Waterwheel restaurant overlooks the gardens and River Avon and has a unique working waterwheel feature, all of which are attractively illuminated in the evening. The delicious modern English and Mediterranean style menu offers meals cooked from the freshest ingredients and beautifully presented. Our fixed price menus offer great value and a wide choice – 3 courses, plus coffee for only £17.50.
We have three conference rooms ranging from our Boardroom, which is ideal for the smaller meeting, to the airy and spacious Landau Suite, which holds 100 and our attractive conservatory, again overlooking the river, for up to 60 – all three rooms are air-conditioned.
Our wedding and banqueting facilities can accommodate up to 100 for a sit down meal in the Landau Suite. We are licenced to hold civil wedding ceremonies in our air-conditioned conservatory lounge, which overlooks the lovely river and gardens. Menus can be tailored to individual requirements.

Road Directions
From M4 jct 18 take A46 drive 8 miles to Bath Exit/A4. At roundabout go left for Batheaston. After 100 yds pass Wagon & Horses pub - take 1st right on to toll bridge road. The hotel is on the left.

From Bath Spa Railway and Bus Station - 1.5 miles.
