The Grade II listed inn has been tastefully refurbished and the 12 en-suite bedrooms have been brought bang up to date in terms of comfort and style, but there's no hiding the history of this building with its sloping floors and interesting nooks and crannies.
Classic English food reigns here;choose from a la carte or a very reasonable two course set lunch at £10.50. With roaring log fires to warm you in the winter and a lovely terrace for alfresco summer dining, this really is a place for all seasons. Minimum two night stay at weekends.

From M4 junction 18, follow the A46, A4 and A363 towards Trowbridge. Bradford on Avon is signed on the way and The Swan is in the centre of the town.
From the south take the A350 to Melksham and follow signs.
Bradford on Avon railway station is three minutes from the hotel with regular services on the Wessex line.
Buses from Bath and throughout Wiltshire travel through the town - X5 from Bath to Salisbury.
