Outstanding Grade II listed 2-bedroom cottage situated in the South Cotswold village of Pickwick near Bath. Dating from 1700, the cottage has been sympathetically restored by the Wiltshire Historic Buildings Trust using traditional methods.

The cottage retains a wealth of original features and is situated next to the famous Hare and Hounds Inn where Charles Dickens is reputed to have stayed.

The Ostlers House offers a spacious, light and airy place for visitors to stay, incorporating the former stables, hayloft and the original Ostler's cottage. It is finished to a very high standard and sleeps four plus a baby. Sky TV, DVD player, 32” LCD screen, free Wi-Fi Broadband, bathrobes, woodburner, secluded courtyard, private parking and welcome pack all provided.

Road Directions

From East: At M4 junction 17 take A350 towards Chippenham. Stay on A350 for about 5 miles until you get to the A4. At this roundabout turn right heading west along the A4 towards Bath. The first village you come to is Pickwick. Access through Hare and Hounds car park.
From West: At M4 junction 18 take A46 towards Bath. After about 7 miles take the right hand lane for the A4 towards Chippenham. Stay on the A4, through the village of Box and eventually you come to Pickwick.
