Enjoy the ancient skills of the glassblowers and stained glass artists, in this unique working museum, in the heart of the artisan quarter of Bath. Bath Aqua Glass is coloured by adding Copper Oxide to molten glass, creating beautiful aquamarine colour, reminiscent of the Spa waters, which contain Copper that taint the waters a green hue.
Blow your own paperweight in Bath
Bath Aqua Glass Theatre of Glass are introducing a new dimension to the glass-blowing experience. Blow your own paper weight with a professional glass-blower. This will be available on Fridays and Saturdays you will get 3 to one tuition with the Bath Aqua glass blowers and take home you very own work of art you can also sign it yourself.
In this world of mass production it is great to have hands on creative experience and take home a piece of your own handy work.
We are also offer taster day in stained glass make your own hanging with the stained glass artists these will be available on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays.
Courses will commence on the 7th March, book now to avoid disappointment.
Glass blowing with 'Mr Darcy'
For a unique hen party experience, why not come and spend a fun afternoon with our Mr Darcy in the historic city of Bath. After a entertaining talk by Mr Darcy to the hens about glass blowing in Bath, you and your hens will have the opportunity to blow your own glass bubbles and have a truly memorabe hen party experience. Bubbly and canapes provided for the hens.

Exclusive glass piece of your choice, created and engraved to commemorate your wedding. Bride-to-be can have a hands-on glass blowing experience to create her own commemorative paperweight (some brides have given these to their new husband on their wedding day). Price an extra £55 for a paperweight or blow a bauble for £25.00. It is £15 per head minimum of 10 hens or £150 for e.g. 8 hens.
