The Forum

Situated in the heart of the historic city of Bath, The Forum is a unique concert and conference venue with a magnificent Art Deco interior. The facade of The Forum with its magnificent pillars and canopied entrance give the visitor a clue to the architectural treasures that lie within.

The Auditorium seats up to 1700 people and is ideal for both performance and conference events. The Art Deco Ballroom seats up to 200 theatre style and up to 160 for formal dining. With its extensive foyer the Ballroom area has become a popular meeting and exhibition area. There are three smaller rooms that provide good meeting spaces or they can be used as breakout areas for a larger event.

The Forum is a Grade II* listed building. It was a cinema until the 1960’s and since 1989 its breathtaking interior has undergone a meticulous restoration. So step back in time and experience the grandeur of this wonderful old cinema.

Public Transport Directions

The Forum has good transport links, being three minutes walk from Bath Spa railway station which has direct links to London, Bristol, the South Coast and the West Country. It is close to the coach station and next to the 700 space Avon Street Car Park. All three Park and Ride services are within 5 minutes walk. Local shops, hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions are all within easy walking distance.
