Type: Spa and Relaxation
I am a reflexologist working at the Practice Rooms, a central location in Bath. I believe that just like good nutrition and exercise, reflexology is an essential part of maintaining good health. It is a therapy working usually on the feet using special thumb and finger walking techniques along with special relaxation moves. It is deeply relaxing and encourages the whole body to work naturally to restore it's own healthy balance.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy which means it treats the whole person and is a wonderful way to relax and relieve the stresses and strains that we face every day. Too much stress in our lives can cause many health problems so it is important that people find the time for themselves to unwind. There is no better time to do this than while you are taking a holiday break. Sometimes a city break although enjoyable and fascinating can leave you feeling exhausted. Make sure you counteract this with some relaxation.
I have been a reflexologist since 2007 and since qualifying have continued to expand my knowledge of reflexology. As well as the standard treatment I am also a registered ART (Advanced Reflexology Techniques) practitioner, so for those who require a deeper treatment maybe to help a specific health condition, I can tailor the treatment to suit your needs.
I hope to meet you while you are here in Bath. Whether you want to relax or try out something new while you are on holiday, or don't want to miss out on your regular reflexology treatment, I am here to give you the treatment you need.
