Relax in Bath

Relax in Bath

Type: Spa and Relaxation

At Relax in Bath, you can get beautiful holistic massage. Each and every massage is tailored to what you need and offered from The Practice Rooms, a lovely location in Bath City Centre (www.thepracticerooms.co.uk).

In this homely yet professional setting, Jeremy at Relax in Bath takes time to find out how you are and what you wish to get from the massage. You may have tired muscles from exploring Bath or just want to unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Whatever your reason, Jeremy at Relax in Bath will work with you to provide the best possible massage he can.

Good massage eases tension and tightness in muscles, joints, and their surrounding tissues. This helps the body to relax, rid waste from its tissues, and function the way it should. In doing so it also helps the mind relax and function the way it should.

For these reasons Jeremy's relaxing and remedial massage can help to ease many types of annoyance: stress, tension, sore muscles, sprains, low back pain, Sciatica, shoulder tension, headaches, a stiff neck, a sore back, and other discomforts.

Techniques range from Swedish massage for relaxation to deep tissue work and joint mobilisation to help ease tight and tired muscles. A range of these techniques are often used in a session to help relax deep rooted tension and help you feel pampered and prepared for your days ahead.

Jeremy is a fully qualified holistic massage practitioner (MTI & CNHC Registered*) with a passion to help others enjoy similar benefits as he has felt from massage. He uses an holistic approach to take account of your health and lifestyle stresses as well as any immediate symptoms you have. This enables him to form a clear picture of how best to provide the massage in each session and to choose the appropriate massage techniques for that time. He will also offer advice on how you may be able to minimise stresses and tension in the future.

Now what could be better than that?! Just give Jeremy a call, text or email to make an appointment.
