Using knowledge gained during a long career as a professional building surveyor working in the Cotswolds, I offer a personal tour guide service for visitors to Bath and the Cotswolds. This will be of particular interest to those seeking an appreciation of the outstandingly beautiful, well preserved stone landscape that defines this very special part of old England.
The local honey coloured limestone has for centuries been used to create both simple cottages and magnificent Palladian mansions. Although I make suggestions, there are no set itineraries. Trips all tailored to suit the client and will vary due to the season, time available, particular interests and of course, the weather.
I will try to persuade you to allow me to take you to at least some, less visited places which can be rewarding, away from crowds.
