Carters Steam Fair is unique. It preserves the heritage of the British fair with vintage rides, traditional showmens living vans and period transport. We regularly operate eight to nine major rides and many juvenile rides and sideshows.
The rides date from the 1894-1960s and everything is restored, decorated and illustrated in its period: from Edwardian baroque, through Art Deco to space age 50s and 60s. But it is no museum. It’s a novel and exciting experience for people of all ages.

The fair operates on a pay as you ride basis. Entrance is Free. The rides vary from £1.50-£2.50. You can also download a £5 Voucher from www.caterssteamfair.co.uk. You will need to submit this at the Arcade pay box where it will be exchanged for various discounts within the fair.
