Each year, during the autumn half-term in October, museums in Bath & North East Somerset arrange a series of free events and activities for children and local residents.

11.00am - 4.00pm, suitable for all ages.
Watch as history is brought to life downstairs in the historic kitchen. See the Georgian cook as she prepares delicious recipes and hear about what our ancestors ate for dinner.

Gossip and Goings on
1.00 - 4.00pm, suitable for ages 5+.
Join the Barefoot Storyteller, Sheila Stansfield as she brings to life extracts from Jane Austen’s novels set in Bath.

The Herschel Museum
