Step-off-the-streets entertainment, bringing the buzz to your Saturday.
Bare-bones short plays for Bath's Saturday daytimes. Currently showing a tragedy and a comedy, each one is an hour long.
This brand-new and unique creation of Dark Moon Theatre Company brings massively entertaining short plays to the high-times of Bath's Saturdays. Currently showing premieres of two excellent new plays, from fresh playwright Sam Blake:
Hidden Treasure
As good-for-nothing rogues clash with gypsies in the Olde Worlde, what does it take to create bedlam? Gold of course! Passions founder, hearts wrench apart... a traitor's paradise. A tragedy of character, imagination and poignancy, and storytelling at its very best.
Antique Antics
Let the world be turned on its head! A king's reign of madness lies unhindered, as he cowers in the castle of his kingdom of chaos. But for how long will his whims be honoured? The unexpected dances before you in a mesh of agendas in this explosive and adventurous new comedy.
Plays supported and advised by Mark Rylance. Both plays have the same cast. Tickets are for one play only.
Venue: Beau Nash Pub, 23 Milsom Street, Bath. BA1 1DE.
