The Bath Festival of Children’s Literature was formed in 2007 and is sponsored by The Daily Telegraph and staged in association with Waterstone’s Booksellers. Each Autumn, the Festival presents over 80 public, ticketed events for children and families featuring some of the worlds’ leading authors, illustrators and storytellers in various city centre venues around Bath. Previous guests have included Bath-born Dame Jacqueline Wilson, Michael Morpurgo, Anthony Horowitz, Shirley Hughes, Terry Deary, Julia Donaldson, Lauren Child, Michael Rosen, Cornelia Funke, Neil Gaiman, Eoin Colfer, Darren Shan, Louise Rennison, Francesca Simon, Charlie Higson, Robert Muchamore and Harry Hill.
