About

These luxury self catering apartments are set in the heart of Georgian Bath, catering for up to four people. These charming courtyard apartments have been recently renovated and are within walking distance of all of Bath’s most famous attractions (100 m from the Roman Baths and Abbey)..

Courtyard Apartment 7: Sleeps 4. Two bedroom apartment with Superking double or Twin configuration beds available. Master bedroom with en suite.

Courtyard Apartment 8: Sleeps 2. One double bedroom with sofa bed available for additional guest. Large living room with dining area. Access to shared courtyard with No 9.

Courtyard Apartment 9: Sleeps 4. Two bedroom apartment with Superking double or Twin configuration beds available all with fitted wardrobes. Large living room with dining area. Access to shared courtyard with No 8.

All apartments feature marble topped bathroom suites including bath with shower. 400 thread count luxury bed linen and towels are provided. Fully equipped bespoke kitchens boasting oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and espresso machine. The spacious living areas feature wall mounted digital flat screen TV’s, DVD player, MP3 docks and dining area.

All apartments are accessed by stone stairs and are located on the lower ground floor.

Unfortunately, as the flats comprise part of a Grade 2 Listed building, there are no ramps. We therefore advise that there is no wheelchair access to the apartments.

All apartments are non smoking and pets are not allowed to stay in the apartments.

Minimum of 2 night stay, 3 nights on all Bank Holidays , 4 nights over Christmas and New Year. 20% discount offered to those who wish to stay one week or more.

Full payment must be made within 4 weeks of your stay. Should you book less than 4 weeks before your stay, The Courtyard Apartment shall proceed to take full payment.

Public Transport Directions

The Courtyard Apartments are located less than a 5 minute walk from Bath Spa Railway station. Central London is 90 minutes on the train, running from Paddington every 30 minutes. Our closest Airport is Bristol International although Heathrow is a 90 minute easily navigable journey, again coaches and trains run to Bath from Heathrow frequently (National Express Coaches being the most popular).

Leave M4 at Junction 18 on to the A46 to Bath. Follow A46 for about 9 miles and follow signs for A4 Bath; after leaving the dual carriage way and following A4 round the roundabout, follow this road into Bath (London Rd).

Parking

We have a limited number of parking permits that are allocated on a first come, first serve basis available for a small additional fee. Please enquire when booking. Or alternatively you can park in Corn Street car park approximately 5 minutes walk from The Courtyard Apartments.

Corn St Car Park- BA1 1UF

Continue to follow A4, go through 1 roundabout. Continue to follow A4, turn left at A4/Gay St, and continue to follow A4. Just off Queen Square turn left at A367/Chapel Row. Continue to follow A367. Turn left at 4th set of traffic lights on to A367/Avon St. Continue on A367/Avon St, follow road round to the left to stay on A367/Avon St. Entrance to car park will be on your right hand side.


Corn St Car Park – The Courtyard Apartments

On foot turn right and follow the road. This road bears naturally round to the right, follow this passing McDonalds on your left hand side. Take a sharp left at Southgate continuing on this road on to Stall St. Immediately past Marks & Spencer’s, take a left on to Abbeygate St, follow the road round in to Abbey Green. Take the narrow pedestrian side street on your right; this is situated between Abbey Green Guest House and the Jewellers. Apartments 8 & 9 are on your right. For Apartment 7 continue to the end of this passage way, turn right, the entrance is down the stone steps beneath 7 North Parade Buildings.
