Evening

For an evening of entertainment, catch a play, concert, comedy or even a West End show at the beautifully Georgian Theatre Royal Bath, which hosts a year-round programme of captivating productions.

Day Two

Morning

Start your day with an ascent up the spiral staircase of the historic Bath Abbey on a Tower Tour and enjoy breathtaking views over the city, as well as a behind-the-scenes peek at the chuch's clock face and bells. 

Visit the picturesque Royal Crescent and experience life in Georgian Bath at No.1 Royal Crescent, a townhouse built in 1767, now a museum revealing the lives of servants and their masters in the eighteenth century. Or head to the Jane Austen Centre and learn about the life and times of Bath’s most famous resident, before going next door to learn more about the life of the gothic author and her famous creation at Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein.

Afternoon

For quintessential Georgian Bath dining, head to the historic Pump Room for a delicious lunch or Champagne afternoon tea. Don’t forget to sample the natural spa waters from the King’s spring water fountain for an unusual taste experience!

Connected to the Pump Room lies one of the finest preserved Roman spa complexes in the world, the Roman Baths. Learn more about Roman spa culture and history and stand where Romans once stood at this interactive museum, where natural thermal waters still bubble away in grand ancient baths.
