Bath Golf Club
Bath Golf Club, established in 1880, has one of England's finest and oldest inland courses. The 18-hole, 6505 yard, par 71 course may not be the length that today's course designers favour, but in the 1880s they knew how to create a challenge using the natural contours of a hilltop location. The course is full of variety and is laid out over fine golfing country. Springy downland turf over shallow soil and limestone ensures rapid draining and the course is usually in superb condition.

30 Jul 2017: The views are stunning of Bath from various holes. Really enjoyed hole 14, par 3 as I had a birdie there! Yah! Drinks are reasonably priced in the clubhouse too.
13 Jun 2017: Lovely course and the staff were very helpful. The greens were bumpy but the course is interesting and challenging in places. The bar food is good too.
13 Mar 2016: Enjoyed playing here on the 11th March. 5 or 6 temp greens which were very poor and made working out yardage almost impossible. Some interesting holes but wasn't impressed with greens.
