Demuths Cookery School


Demuths Cookery School is a leading vegetarian and vegan cookery school, run by professional chef and restaurateur Rachel Demuth, pioneer of vegetarian, vegan and organic cooking.

Demuths aims to share and inspire meat-free and plant-based ways of working with food. Their ethos is that food is a pleasure to cook, eat and share, and their goal is impress students with the variety and flavour of vegetarian dishes and give them the confidence to cook them at home for others.

The courses are instructive and hands-on, catering for mixed abilities, from beginners to experienced. Choose from a wide range of classes, including Asian Street Food, Fast and Delicious or 30 Minute Suppers, and vegan courses such as Gourmet Vegan and Vegan Cakes and Puddings. Each course caters for a maximum of 12 people cooking a number of different dishes on each day, with the food created enjoyed afterwards.

Demuths offer private bookings for parties, hen celebrations, corporate and business groups and special events. Catering can be provided for special events such as wine tastings, book launches and product demonstrations.
