They proactively seek out opportunities for us to increase mid-week business, and work hard to get our message out - it’s like having an extra member in our marketing team. They include us in the many press trips they arrange with members of international, national, travel and lifestyle press, which has resulted in several mentions of Thermae Bath Spa and The Gainsborough Bath Spa in target publications around the world; so far in 2018 this has included The Evening Standard and several travel and lifestyle social influencers such as Emma Walsh and Natalie Glaze. They’re also lovely people to work with.
