Be the star baker this Christmas with your festive patisserie treats. Join Fine Food Certified Fang, from Sugarcane on Saturday 16th December at 3:30pm for an evening of festive baking and decorating, with an interval of cocktail tasting from No.15. During this festive workshop you will learn all of the fundamentals of choux buns from prep to presenting your masterpieces over the holidays, with your decorated examples to take home. No prior experience is required.
Duration: Please note this class will be approx. 1.5 hours, expected to finish at 5pm
Ticket price includes: a choux-bun-making demonstration, a complimentary festive cocktail, all the supplies you need to create your festive patisseries, suitable equipment and hands-on teaching from Fang. Plus, a few other treats from Sugarcane and GuestHouse Hotels.
