About

Why can’t fast food be good food?

LEON’s mission is to prove that it can be by serving naturally fast food that not only tastes good, but does you good, too.

Their vision is to make it easy for everyone to eat good food. LEON set about to create what they thought fast food would be like in heaven. Food that tastes wonderful, is surprisingly good for you, is affordable and kind to the planet.

And that leaves you feeling good after you’ve eaten it. Expect to see a menu inspired by the flavours, variety and natural healthiness of the Mediterranean diet.

With an abundance of plants and some well-sourced meat flavoured naturally with fresh herbs and spices, plus lots of nuts, seeds, olive oil and fermented foods, enjoy delicious food that is also good for the gut.

LEON use ingredients that are seasonal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and full of nutrients, good fats and fibre. Plus, cake (because balance is important).
