Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution BRLSI

About

Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution (BRLSI) is an educational charity dedicated to the promotion and advancement of science, literature and art. At their home in Queen Square, they offer an extensive programme of talks, discussions and exhibitions on science, the arts and current affairs, whilst maintaining an extensive collection of books, fossils and artefacts.

BRLSI's exhibitions are free of charge and their wide-ranging programme of talks are open to all at just £5/£2, giving visitors the opportunity to hear a world-class scientist or author talk about their subject.

Everyone is welcome at the BRLSI – the only “qualification” is a thirst for knowledge. Visit their exhibitions, pop along to one of their talks, or join them for their Saturday morning coffee session.

Memberships are available which entitle visitors to reduced entry prices, members-only events, access (by appointment) to the collections and a monthly newsletter.
