RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: DEPOSIT: We will be requiring a deposit of £300 from your Credit or Debit Card to confirm your booking. This will also act as the damage deposit to be refunded after your departure. YOUR BALANCE will remain the same to be taken on the day of your arrival. We can take this from your Credit or Debit Card also. YOUR DEPOSIT will be refunded within the week of your departure (usually within 48 hours). In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to re-book the property. If the property is re-booked your deposit will be returned less a £100 admin fee. However, if the property remains un-booked you will forfeit your deposit. YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken two months or 60 days before your arrival date. We will send you another confirmation at that point to let you know we have taken your balance and to touch base with your arrival plans. NOTE: Please remember that it is you who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Make everyone in your party aware of this, and remind them all to be respectful of this splendid home and to leave it in the fine condition in which they found it.
