This December visit Avon Valley for a full day of festive, family fun in a Christmas experience like no other in the South West. 

The Santa Show 
When Santa is in town you're in for a BIG surprise so have your wishes at the ready and join us for a family show jam-packed with festive fun and full to the brim with mince pies and mischief.
After the show follow the tree-lined route to Santa's beautiful cabin where he will present you with a 'golden ticket' to choose your own gift from the toy factory.

Select the time you would like to see the Santa Show and enjoy a full festive day in the park.

Santa's Cabin 
Visit Santa is his beautifully decorated wooden cabin to get your 'golden ticket' to take to the toy factory! There will be the opportunity to have a professional family photograph taken (additional charge).

Santa's Toy Factory 
Santa has given you permission to visit his Toy Factory and with a golden ticket every child ticket holder can choose their own gift.

The Rudolph Show 
Join Rudolph for a roller coaster of a ride as they race against the clock to get Rudolph feeling fully festive ready for Christmas Eve.

Mrs Claus' Gingerbread Parlor 
This is where the real magic happens! Mrs Claus and her helpers have gingerbread people ready for you to decorate for Christmas Day...if you don't eat them beforehand that is!

The Reindeer Shed
The resident reindeer are getting ready for their big flight, come and wish them well (and make sure they know your postcode)!  You can make your own environmentally friendly reindeer food to take home with you.

The Magical Forest 
Walk through this amazing little magical forest.  With the use of some magical elf specs the forest will come alive with twinkles and surprises and you can take your elf specs home to watch your own Christmas Tree come to life!

Santa's Post Room 
The Post Room will be open for you to post your letter to Santa and you can use the Avon Valley SMS (Santa Messaging Service) to send any last-minute requests.

The Elf Express 
Ride the miniature railway with all the festive feels.

The Grinch's House 
Feeling brave?  Why not knock on the Grinch’s house door and see if you can make his heart grow!

Christmas Nights Light Trail 

Capture mesmerising moments to remember this Christmas. With stunning light installations and play areas creatively lit up we are bringing you a family-focused, fun light trail to be enjoyed by all ages. 

Dates 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st December 2023.

Open 5.30 pm - 8.30 pm (7.30 pm last entry)

Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.

Best-valued tickets are online in advance - a £2 per ticket surcharge is added if purchased on the day.

The Christmas Experience is not included within tickets for Christmas Nights.

Festive Ice Skating 

Open select dates and times from 1st December until the 1st January the sparkling venue with an atmospheric backdrop is suitable for the youngest beginner through to seasoned skaters looking to show off their skills. Spin into the night with special lighting effects.

Book your 45-minute session which starts on the ice on the hour.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your booking to get your skates on!

Skate aids are available on a first-come-first first-served basis. these are not available to pre-book.

Ice Skating is not included within tickets for 'Christmas Experience' or Christmas Nights but can added to your booking at the point of purchase.
