About

Community and friendship through music-making is the beating heart of Ramshackle. The Ramshackle Orchestra is a multi-generational 20+ piece Bath-based community string orchestra, featuring violins, violas, cellos, double bass, and the occasional penny whistle!

We play an eclectic and atmospheric repertoire including passionate Klezmer, gypsy and traditional French tunes, lilting Celtic folk, and mysterious airs from the wilder reaches of Hungary and Transylvania.

With exciting and innovative arrangements, the orchestra provides a platform for players to explore the indigenous music of a wide range of cultures.

Tickets £6 on door, accompanied under 16s free.
