Trio Paradis are delighted to have been invited to play the March concert in a series of Second Thursday evening concerts at Persephone Books.

Daughters of the Muse is a concert of music by women composers to celebrate International Women's Day.

'Daughters of the Muse' includes rare works by Hildegard von Bingen, Lili Boulanger, Germaine Tailleferre, Rosalind Ellicot, Somerset 'local' Dora Bright, Pauline Viardot, Viuva Guerreiro and Cécile Chaminade. There will be biographical details and anecdotes about each composer.

Seating is very limited, so early booking is recommended.
