Bailbrook House is a stunning Grade II Georgian Mansion set in 24 acres of gardens and parkland only 10 minutes from junction 18 of the M4, 5 minutes from Bath city centre. There is plenty of free guest parking onsite.

Bailbrook House offers a number of attractive group rates and incentives. From Monday to Saturday* pay just £38 per person per night on a B&B basis. (*Saturday = 2 night stay only. Or if one night only you must pay rack rate of £65 per person per night on a B&B basis). A special rate is available on Sundays of just £30 per person per night on a B&B basis. Furthermore, if you stay 3 nights you get the 4th night free of charge. The dinner B&B rate is £60 per person per night (based on 2 people sharing). Upgrades are available - private dining option for groups (maximum of 30 people) at an extra cost of just £35 per person.

Express by Holiday Inn is a newly built hotel situated onthe Lower Bristol Road within easy strolling distance (just one mile) from the historic city of Bath and all of its famous attractions. The hotel has easy access from the M4 motorway and the A4 from Bristol. Express by Holiday Inn, Bath has 126 bedrooms, all the rooms are fully air conditioned and car parking is complimentary. The hotel offers a number of incentives for groups including one free place for every 25 paying people, free coach parking on site as well as discounts available for groups staying Sunday nights. Ashley Villa is a family run guest house offering clean and comfortable accommodation in Bath. With 13 en suite bedrooms ranging from singles to family rooms the guest house is ideal for small groups from sporting teams and wedding groups to hen and stag parties.

Groups can take full advantage of the lounge with widescreen TV and licensed bar where special deals on drinks are usually offered to groups. The guest house is happy to offer a corkage service for champagne, etc at a small charge and can also supply finger food on request. Brooks guesthouse has 18 bedrooms, 16 of which are ensuite ranging from single to family rooms so is ideally placed to accommodate group bookings, especially wedding parties, hen parties, sports teams and book clubs etc. The guesthouse has a lovely guest lounge/ residents bar and large breakfast room for your use so come and relax in Brooks guesthouse. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's some with DVD's, new pocket sprung mattress beds and goose down pillows and duvets with crisp white cotton bed linen and tea/coffee making facilities. Combe Grove Manor is set in 69 acres of gardens and woodland with superb leisure and beauty facilities, just two miles from Bath. The Georgian Manor House has 9 Deluxe Bedrooms and the separate building, the Garden Lodge, has 33 Signature and Premium Rooms. Facilities include swimming pools, tennis courts, academy golf course, golf driving range, gym, studio, saunas, steam room and sunbeds.

The hotel has a choice of two restaurants: The Cellars offers a modern ambience with a contemporary round the world menu (open everyday from 11.00am to 9.30pm). The Royal, designed by Brunel, first opened as a hotel in 1846 and has been owned by the present owners since 1995. During 2007 a redecoration of all the bedrooms and bathrooms was carried out and an elegant entrance foyer and stylish new bar have been created. The hotel is within walking distance of all the leading attractions and close to the station, and is, therefore, ideal for get-togethers, hen parties and any excuse for "getting away". Group rates start from £41.00 per person, per night bed and breakfast and from £49.00 dinner, bed and breakfast.

Bailbrook Lodge is a Georgian Grade II listed country house, excellently situated 1½ miles from the city centre. It is a delightful and relaxed location with lovely lawns and gardens. The lodge has 15 en-suite bedrooms including 5 with four poster beds. With free parking, Bailbrook Lodge is a perfect location for small parties travelling by car. Exclusive use of the whole hotel is offered for up to 30 people. Group rates start from £41 per person, per night for bed and full English breakfast including a glass of champagne.
