Bath searches for a photograph to 'sum up the city'
1st March 2011
Bath Tourism Plus has launched a new competition, entitled ‘Capture Bath’, to find a very special photo that sums up the city at its best.
Whether it’s a shot that encapsulates the atmosphere of Bath, a panoramic view of the city or a popular attraction captured from an unusual angle, Bath Tourism Plus is hoping to receive a range of images of Bath’s well-known sights as well as others that show its wonderful hidden gems.
The lucky winner will enjoy a fantastic prize - a very luxurious break in Bath with two nights accommodation at the five star Royal Crescent Hotel as well as a one day photography course with local, award winning photographer Neill Meneer, a copy of Neill Meneer’s latest photographic book and entry into all of Bath’s attractions. There will also be a prize for the second and third best photo submitted.
Entrants can take part by submitting their photos to the VisitBath Facebook page before 31st May 2011. More information is available on www.visitbath.co.uk
