Many of Bath's famous classical locations are available for filming, such as the Roman Baths, The Assembly Rooms and the Guildhall.
But there is also a wide range of locations of other architectural styles and scale - for example we have an Art Deco auditorium, and a Victorian Boating Station.
Outside Bath is the typical English countryside of North East Somerset, with grand houses and pretty villages, farms and woodland, hills and valleys. Through our area run the River Avon and the Kennet and Avon Canal, and there are two large lakes in the Chew Valley overlooked by the Mendip Hills. In contrast Midsomer Norton and Radstock are former mining towns on the old Somerset coalfield.
