Learn to cook delicious local food with English language support
Enjoy discovering the pleasures of the many foods produced in this area. We will prepare and eat a meal together in my lovely kitchen in a Georgian house in Bath.
I can organise a class for groups of between three and five people, and we will cook a meal that will suit your tastes. For example, you want to try some of our lovely cheeses, or locally grown organic vegetables.
At the same time as learning to cook a typical meal of the region, you will have help in using the language needed to prepare and discuss the ingredients. We will also talk about some of the cultural aspects of eating in this country.
I have worked with international students for many years, encouraging them to explore English food as part of their introduction to studying over here. I am a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language, as well as a professional cook.

Kensington Place can be found just off of the A4 London Road.
Public Transport Directions
From the train station, turn left to the bus station and catch any one of a number of buses heading east: for example 6, 7, 13, 232, 271, 272, 273. These buses can also be boarded at the Abbey.
