Pre and antenatal massage treatments are designed especially to pamper, care and nurture during this special and exciting time as well as to help physically, and emotionally, to the changes that the body will go through.
Deep Tissue massage treatments help to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure. This treatment aims to help release muscle holding patterns and to stretch and lengthen tissue thereby helping to correct poor postural patterns.
Baby Massage classes are a great way to help support you through this time of change by offering some uninterrupted time of getting to know baby and letting baby get to know you in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Learn the techniques of baby massage and enjoy bonding time whilst enjoy learning a valuable skill for life.
Polly is an experienced and highly qualified massage practitioner and certified infant massage instructor. She is fully insured and holds memberships of professional associations.

Bath bus station and railway stations are a ten minute walk away, or there are taxis available.
There is a bus stop for the Newbridge Park & Ride at the junction of Westgate Street and Monmouth Street, and for the Lansdown Park & Ride in Milson Street.
