A morning of discovery around the Yeo Valley Organic fields and hedgerows.

Flavour Fred (or just George between friends) has over 16 years of foraging experience under his belt. Join us in the valley for an immersive 2-hour walk in nature, identifying and sampling edible plants, plus learning all about their nutritional value.

Fred focusses on foraging sustainably plus has some incredible and enlightening knowledge of how many of the plants have featured in history (and not always in a good way!).

The walk will be followed by a 2-course lunch in the Yeo Valley Organic Garden Cafe, where our very own Chef Ali will present a delicious menu featuring the foraged ingredients. And don't worry, you won't leave empty-handed: we'll send you off with recipe cards showcasing the delicious meals to make at home!
